Question about PlayerView at lower limits
I figure a lot of you use PlayerView, so I was hoping you could help me out. I've been away from cards for a while, so if there's a similar post you know of, just point me to that.
Basically I was...

Re: Help - define \"Large Cap\"
I thought at first it was for limit tourneys, and the cap was 6 bets or something.. but now I think it probably means there's a limit on the number of players that can enter, which seems pretty silly.

Re: 55 with multi-way action.
The best part about this hand is MP1 capping the flop, then folding when it's checked to him on the turn.
I think you should have folded preflop, and I also have to wonder why you capped preflop...

Re: Aderol adderall
If you are highschool/college aged, it shouldn't be too hard to fake ADD to get a prescription. If you wanted to, you could read up a lot on the internet on the symptoms of ADD, and then go to your...

Re: Aderol adderall
Adderall is not physically addictive, but can be (and often is) psychologically addictive, especially when abused. It is an amphetamine - you might call it 'prescription speed'. As long as you don't...

In addition to what the others have said, there's a (small) chance he's semi-bluffing the turn with some club overcards, in which case you won't get any action on the river when the clubs miss. I...

UTG+2 shows AJ.

Don't let that bother you. More often than not, this type of passive player will show you 88-TT or Ax. You played it right.

Re: 77
Yes, it's possible he's raising with a draw. What do you realistically think the chances of that are, though? 10% of the time he has a draw? 5%? If he has JTo he's got 12 outs, if he's got two big...

Re: Two hands for review...

Hand 2, you need to raise preflop. On the flop, I don't have a problem with the...

Two points:
1) You played it fine.
2) Don't let trash-talking fish upset you. If their opinions on poker strategy actually mattered, they wouldn't be fish, would they?...

Re: Another AA hand for review
I think it looks good. He may have a flush or a 9, but since he's a maniac he'll often have Ace high, two pair, etc.
If a fourth spade comes off on the river, do you just call?

Re: Trip report - Greektown Casino
I'm confused - by saying large chips on the table don't play, every time you color up you're effectively taking chips off of the table - which you said you can't do.
Further, if big chips don't...

Re: Horrible KK hand
Against the player you describe, a check/raise is out of the question. You said it yourself: a passive player will only bet a Q here.
For the rest of the hand, you played it fine.
