Middle pair + Back door flush VS. Top Pair

Say you have middle pair on the flop as well as a backdoor straight and you are pretty sure someone else has the top pair.

What pot-odds do you need to continue to the turn assuming that two-pair or better will win? And please elaborate.

Thank you.

Twodimes indicates that you could have a
22 or 23 % chance of winning.

So would you say its smart to stay around to see the flop if the pot is offering 3.54:1 odds?

It will generally be worth taking a card off if you can do so for only one bet on the flop.
