I'm hourly and staying that way as long as I can.

I'm on-call 24/7 and if the phone even rings once it's 15 minutes. If I'm thinking about work during off-hours I'm charging them.

salaried and as of 3 months ago I get overtime.

Before that, I averaged 10 hours a week unpaid overtime. Now, they kick me out at 5 unless I have a "really valid reason" to stay...like I was just sitting here beforehand... [img]/images/graemlins/mad.gif[/img]

I have never, ever ever ever worked more then say 20 hours in a week.

Yeah, I am an independent contracter, so for all hours I get paid the same amount, from the 1st hour I work, up to the 65th hour i work, and it sometimes gets that high.

AHHH i hate work!
