I just booked a trip to Vegas over Superbowl weekend, I was wondering if any Vegas regulars or others could tell me what casino sports books are like on a big sports day.

Would I have to get there at 5am to get a seat at one of the big sports books like Mandalay Bay or Bellagio??

Any recommendations of other decent casinos to watch the game at where I could get a seat?

Any input appreciated...

Thanks,
Rube

It will be one of the busiest weekends of the year.

Spend $50, and go to one of the casino's parties. You get food, drink, and most importantly, A SEAT!!!

Go to the IP, and bet about thirty props. Just don't try to cash any tickets *immediately* after the game ends. There are 10,000 people at the windows, and besides, the boxscore isn't even out yet!!! Cash your tickets after midnight, when the sportsbook is empty (or at the main cage, if the book has closed for the evening--just don't expect the cage cashiers to know prop results!).

Thanks for the info, do you know if I'd need to reserve a casion package a month ahead of time, or will they still be available a couple days before Sunday so I can I compare the casino Superbowl deals that weekend?
