No that was page 65 of the book where he says Q7o and J5o are both about at the average. Both A2o and K2o can beat these hot and cold.

...Q7o and J5o can both be average when Q7o beats J5o 62-38 hot and cold.

That doesn't have anything to do with it. It's how they play against all the other hands. By your reasoning AK would be ranked lower than a pair of deuces.
