How many situations can you name in which a player can have exactly 14 outs such that:
1. At least one opponent is ahead.
2. You cannot tie.
3. All of your potential outs are "live" (e.g., if you're on a flush draw no opponent can have a card of the flush suit).
4. You do not have an open-ended straight draw.
