Once I play 250 contributed raked hands 25 bucks is suppost to be released. Will that be automatically released or do I have to email them and ask for it to be added to my account? I assume the same process would be used for the remainging 75 dollars.

Automatic. But there's sometimes a delay, and you might even need to log off and back on again.
