I recently got interested in buying a piece of land for me to go hunting on, let my dog run around, etc...in Central/Southern Indiana. The piece of land is in Brown county, is 5 acres, and only costs 25K. Is this a horrible idea for a possible investment? Oh yeah, if you guys want a good stock that will rise 10%-20% in the next yr, look up LLY. Heres a pic of the land:

I can't tell if this is facetious or not. If so, please disregard. But if it's not....

Oh, please. Like you're going to have inside info and then post about it. Right.

Seriously, its a good company and its all public knowledge. I have absolutely no insider knowledge. This stock was at $75 a year ago and went down with the sector for awhile. It has recently launched a load of drugs from its pipeline but will not really reap the benefit of this until 2006. Still has a strong pipeline, not to mention a powerful state legislative backing. Its not going to go any lower.

So how was telling us all these facts (e.g., It has recently launched a load of drugs) & opinions (e.g., Its not going to go any lower) "not legal"?

Hey, what about my original ? Good or bad investment? I was thinking of building my own log cabin on the property.

Bad looking stock chart. Besides, there are tons of stocks out there that can deliver 10-20% in a few weeks on swing trades. Good luck with your land.
