your analysis is correct. basically it's just a big rakeback deal.

It's on the Pokerroom network, which has multiple other skins. Almost all of those have bonii that clear much faster.

Is it me or is there a post about this bonus at least once a week?

if you finish the entire deal (which includes the extra $1000 at the end), then it's 18x points to clear.

you earn 0.7 points for every dollar raked from the table, so that would work out to just under 39% rakeback for full ring, 19.5% shorthanded.

if you DON'T make it to the last free $1000 bonus, then it's 35% rakeback.

eurobet (euro poker) and pokerroom have much easier bonuses to clear, pm me if you want the bonus code or need help with it. I recomend euro's current $600 bonus, it's 6,000 points to clear. It is an all or nothing one though, but still you get I believe 2 months or more, not 100% certain.

The new bonus sucks. They had 15X (last $1,000 free for a total of 13.5X) a few months back.

I'd wait and see if they come up with something better.
