I just signed up, depo $200 it went into sportsbooks(Stupid site i told it POKER).

So i cashed in $100 to poker, It says i dont have a bonus under the "BONUS*" thingy in bank? What the hell?

You've got to e-mail them when you clear chunks of the bonus. It's generally best to clear the whole thing (5x raked) rather than have it release $10 at a time. They typically release within a couple of hours. Check BW for more info.

If I remember right my bonus took a little while to show up.
Try closing the software and then try again a little later.
I'm refering to last months I havn't deposited for this
month yet. If by some chance you have to email them remember
to use Hotmail or yahoo. Alot of the big ISP's are banned
by their software.

You can't clear the sign up bonus and reload concurrently...at least not that I know of. When I signed up last month, I did 250 hands for the deposit and an additional 500 for the monthly bonus. So in total, I played 750 hands towards bonuses there.

Yes. I did, a few months back.

You can do both without having to redeposit but you'll need to do 500 raked for the sign-up then a further 500 for the reload.

I think this is a prima network decision... I wouldnt blame bet 365 exclusively... their support staff has been pretty quick, always helpful, the software is good, and the bonus is great... ill keep playing there honestly...

what happened to their raked hands counter on the front page, i cant find my raked hands.... and when i go to menu then raked hands, it says i havent played any, which i did...

No snail mail w/draw code needed. Cash outs for me have been less than 5 hours however it is not done the traditional way. It is done as a merchant transfer in Neteller.

Be careful not to play at the sportsbook there. They'll bar you from the sportsbook and all bonuses for the casino, pokerroom or sportsbook if you happen to run good there. They're not really concerned if you're on the "right side" of the game, but how much you win or lose. Played almost 1.5x the raked hand requirements for three months simply because I felt like it was a very good deal and wanted to give 'em back a little, but I had the odasity to hit a 12-1 bet for $100 and I got the boot. Also, check out how they screwed a previous poster out of what probably equals 30 seconds of bottom line for them. Classless, [censored] book IMO. Would not be surprised at all if they pulled some [censored] where they cancelled the promotion mid-month.

Just play 500 raked hands at 1/2 or higher in the month of December. No deposit required.

I am a new 365 player and I have been playing .25/.50 NL. Does anyone know where I can find out how many raked hands I have. The menu option doesnt work. Thanks
