Party VIP Club Bonus?

I was offered a popup window saying something like if i earned 9000 points between nov 16-nov30 i would get $300 bonus and if that wasnt enough i could earn 13,500 to get a $500 bonus. It has not appeared since. I emailed support, got ignored. reforwarded the same email to support got a worthless answer. replied for clarification no answer, and reforwarded that reply still no answer. I find it very strange to just be ignored by the Party Support, they are usually pretty good at responding with a worthless answer. Do any of you all know anything about this bonus/ VIP club on party? I sent all emails to both VIP@party and info@Party. Thanks, Richard

mine disappeared from the popup after i had enough points to clear the first part of the bonus.

I had the same. It popped up, updating how many hands I still had to play etc for a while before disappearing from then on. I presumed the money would be credited at the end of the month. I cleared all the necessary hands to get both parts of the bonus so I suppose we'll see now. Anyway just resurrected this thread to see if you guys or anyone else actually gets the promised VIP bonus now that the month is over. I'll let you know if I do.

I called them yesterday and was told that the VIP bonus would be put in the account before Dec. 5th.

I emailed and them and was told the same thing "It would be credited on 5th December". Still no sign. Did anyone else get the bonus credited to their account?

I got my bonus today a few hours ago.

Got mine this morning...call them if you didn't, I had to call them because they put 300 in my account instead of 400, and after a 10 min conversation they put the extra 100.

I also haven't seen the bonus money credited to my account. Also get no responses to emails. Typical for Party.

Guess I'll call them today. Why one should have to is beyond me. Hopefully they will begin losing business to Stars until they get their act together.

I got mine today although in a weird roundabout way. I was offered $410 for 10K hands (I assumed that meant raked hands although I never asked). I was also told that if I went over I would recieve a proportional bonus.

In November I played 18k hands which would mean $738. I asked them about this in an email. They said 'Sorry you only get the $410'. I decide not to press the issue and they deposited $850. Go figure.

"We have been facing technical difficulties with the payout of the VIP bonus. The payout will be another 24-48 hours."

Wait and see I guess.

I sent an email to VIP. They said by the end of the week here.
