Talk about crazy coincidences. I just killed a 3 inch mouse with a rubber mallet. The cat caught it somewhere in the house and rather than risking her losing it I took it, put it in a bag and smashed the crap out of it. I figure it's about as humane as it gets.

I'm pretty sure it's possible to kill one withoput smashing it so hard pieces end up all over the room...especially the room where I'm making my lunch.

I don't think so. I've heard this is quite commonplace with the preponderance of on-line bad beats.
