Are there any good posts about when to push with any 2? It's an awkward topic that I'm not sure how to search for.

Read this thread and study everything in it for a week (http://forumserver.twoplustwo.com/showthreaded.php?Cat=&Board=singletable&Number=191 8735&Forum=)

Should have what you are after

I have. Unless I'm missing something, I didn't see anything about pushing any 2. Like how high the blinds have to be to push any 2 on the button, etc. Stuff like that. If it's there and I'm missing it, I'm sorry, but I'd appreciate a direct link.

Usually if you have 5-6x the BB in a normal game situation (like 6-8 players left) and you are on the button, its often +ev to push with any 2 this assumes normal seeming blinds with similar or greater stacks than yours.

Contrary to what some people believe, I also think this may be more effective in lower buyins, as at the higher buyins people understand that you could be pushing any 2 and MAY make tougher calls.

What about heads up? Lets say heads up, even stacks. How high do the blinds have to be before pushing with any 2 every hand is +EV?

Sit and Go Powertools is also a great investment and you would learn a fair bit about spots to push any two from it.
