Withdraw-Deposit for Reload Bonuses a No-No?

Can I withdraw money prior to the start of a reload bonus period and then deposit once the reload starts?

I'm looking at the Empire Bonus but currently have all my money in at their site. The bonus period starts in two days so I was wondering if this was a little close to be withdrawing and redepositing.

Empire has had a "15 day" rule in the past, so I would be careful doing that. On Party i'm pretty sure it's if you withdraw during the bonus period, but they screwed me over once for withdrawing the day before a bonus.
