Party and skins

I have read of people having accounts on all of Party's affiliates so they could recieve the bonuses. I see that you must use a different computer to sign up on the different sites. I have two computers hooked up to the same internet at my house will that work? Or does it have to be in a different location? Has anyone had their accounts frozen for taking maximum advantage of all the skins and their reload bonuses?
