CAN'T DEPOSITFOR EMPIRE BONUS!

I just tried to make a deposit for the PLAYAUG Empire Bonus using Neteller but, it said you can't use this method of payment and have to try again?????????

Is there money in your neteller account? Maybe Empire or Neteller blocked your accounts for some reason...
