I didn't pay attention in school, anyone want to help with some math?

I was wonder how I would figure out the odds of the flop hitting certain hands. Example, I hold 78s. What are the odds I will flop a straight, a flush, a straight flush, a full house, quads, two pair, or trips? What are the odds I will get a nice draw, open ended, four flush, or both? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
