[EDIT: I JUST SAW THAT I PROBABLY SHOULD HAVE POSTED THIS INITIALLY IN THE SOFTWARE FORUM, AND HAVE NOW DONE SO. SORRY]
I downloaded PT for the free trial, and am getting very frustrated trying to auto-import hand histories from my hard drive (Empire, Party Poker, Pokerstars) that I have already played, as well as new hands. Also, I can't seem to get GameTracker+ going. The basic problem here is getting the hands imported.
I've tried reading the online manual, I've gone to the support site and emailed questions (here is the link to the question/answer, which I followed, but it didn't fix whatever problem I am having: http://www.pokertracker.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=7236), but still, I can't seem to make it work. I'm nearly sure it's because I'm being a dope.
Nevertheless, if anyone is willing to take a shot and try to help me (by explanation or by referral to a link on this subject(s)), I sure would appreciate it.
