View Full Version : Oops re: Casino on Net

Can anyone help me out here?

I didn't do my homework, and made a $200 bonus via Neteller to claim the Casino on Net 100% match bonus, understanding that it was 10X to clear.

Well, apparently it is 50X to clear if I deposited with Neteller. Oops.

What's my line here? Is my bonus still +EV? Can I withdraw my original 200 (now 191) and just play with the 200 bonus as if it was a sticky, where, if I understand correctly, the strategy is to "go big or go home"?

I mean, I've got to wager $10,000 here to get the bonus. What's the best way to minimize the pain of this mistake? Cut my losses and cash out? Will they even let me do that now?

Withdraw your intitial deposit. Takes about a week to hit neteller. then gambool it up!

50x is still +EV. 200-(50*200*.005)=75

Do I need to wait for the initial deposit to hit Neteller before I gambool it up?? Or can I request the cashout, and go ahead and risk the rest?

I think your math is a little off.

50 X $200 = $10,000

.005 X $10,000 = $50

EV = $150

Go ahead and clear it playing blackjack. Bet $10/hand or more and it won't take that long. It's more +EV than you might think, for reasons you will discover later.

I'm totally guessing here, but I think you mean they will offer you reload bonuses. Am I wrong phzon?

pzhon - could you elaborate how it would be more EV? Are you talking about ease of cashout??

I did this, but I didn't even realize it was 50x until AFTER I completed $2000 of WR and cashed out. Well, my cashout went through just fine. Oops!

It might be worth a shot to play the $2000 and try to cash it as if you didn't realize. Worked for me anyway (but I really didn't realize).

An update -

So i orginally had 400 dollars in the account (200 bonus, 200 deposit). Well, after a terrible run of blackjack at 10 bucks a bet, I'm bust. Obviously I was well short of wagering 50X.

Now is the point where i cut my losses and move on, right?

Why did you keep your deposit in there? You could've cashed it out, and wagered with no risk.

I'm sorry to hear about your bad luck. Check your account later, perhaps at the start of September, since CON usually gives you some free chips with a tiny wagering requirement.

I don't know. That was dumb, I admit. Thanks for the advice everyone, I'll hope for better luck nexttime (presumably at Starluck!)

I did the same, but after playing 20X, tried to withdraw. It was about a week, but it finally came through. And if I recall correctly, that happened to another poster here.
