Wasn't sure if I played this correctlly or not. Is it ok to call a min raise with AQ?

Not bad, I bet a smidgen more on the turn, and check behind on the river as I think you're only called by a hand that beats you? Unless he's a douchebag who would call with KQ or QJ I guess. And yes I think calling a minraise with AQs is fine, it's much more than a min raise that becomes tricker and read-dependent

Looks Good to me. I might bet more on the turn, but seems fine. At the 10's and 20's I'd expect all sorts of things to call you on the river here, down to mid pp's and QJ.
