Spyware

I ran a mcafree search today, and found 19 unwanted items. 16 were able to be removed, but 3 were not.

They were:
adware-alnet
adware-instafinder
adware-bde

I have been searching for a while and the best I have found is http://securityresponse.symantec.com/avcenter/venc/data/adware.bde.html but I am unable to get this to work.

What is the quickest and easiest way to get this removed for someone who is not skilled with computers?

Try Spybot or Adaware.

If you are running a microsoft operating system, try microsoft's antispyware program. It's currently in beta testing, but it's free.

Run all the prog's in safe mode as well.
