Messy Hand

I assume my hand is good on the flop, but don't know how to bet with all the possible draws. On the river, I'm afriad this guy's been calling with overs and make one of the ugliest scared bets on my record. So...ignore what I did, what should I have done?

Don't overbet the pot, 2/3 is fine on the flop. I'd consider a 1/2 pot bet on the turn then and fold to more aggression. I check the river. A pair of 7's isn't that hot....
