Step 5.
lvl 1
UTG limps. MP raises to 100. LP reraises to 250. UTG pushes for 1k. While MP is thinking, railbird says 'beware the UTG limper'

The rest of the details are unimportant. I just hate when people talk about hands during them.. even moreso (if that's possible) when it's a game they aren't in.

So, will Party care/do anything?

party won't care most likely and it isn't really anything important since he doenst reveal any unknown information

Unless party bans players who aren't sitting at the table from chatting, I don't see how this kindof stuff won't happen.

btw, i don't see anything wrong w/ it on an ethical level.

That wouldn't make this act any more or less permissable.

how is this different from a B+M tourney when bantering goes back and forth?

I dunno. I don't play B&M. I'm suprised this doesn't bother people as much as it bothers me. Would it be okay if someone was at the WSOP final table (in the audience), and was guessing hands out loud so that everyone could hear?

no but the point is it happens and ther is nothing you can do about it and nothing party poker will do about it mosty likely.
