I would put him on either non-ace overcards, or broadway/9.

If he had A9, he should be protecting it. I doubt he has A10 (because of your two tens), I dont see him having AJ, AQ or AK, because these usually get raised in his position (assuming this is a 10+1). I think you are ahead here, but the best play might be to try and induce a bluff. Take a few moments, and then check. If he bets, push.

if you check he's probably only going to bet if you're beat. Almost every player is going to (correctly) check behind with a 9.

bet around t200, fold to a raise. IMO its highly unlikely that he will raise you here on the river without you beat. Theres also a good chance that you still have the best hand (since he probably has a 9)
