I think failing to raise PF here caused the rest of the hand to be played weakly by me. Any comments on same.

If I raised pre-flop I would think post flop I would need to check fold oop.

You could of raised to 75 or so to isolate, but that's not a play I like to do out of position here. Check, fold to the river is fine. This should be played weakly if you don't raise PF.
