Hero checks, BB checks, <font color="#CC3333">UTG+2 bets</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Hero raises</font>, BB folds, <font color="#CC3333">UTG+2 3-bets</font>, Hero calls.

River: (10.50 BB) 6/images/graemlins/heart.gif <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
Hero checks, intending to call, UTG+2 checks.

Final Pot: 10.50 BB

I'm so lost. Especially on the turn, I think check/calling there is better, but this table is pretty loose, agressive and villain in this hand is 44/11 with like 1.5 flop aggression.

I agree that check-calling the turn is preferable, since you are unlikely to get a fold from a better hand, and very likely to get a 3-bet from a set, making you pay heavily for the flush draw.
Otherwise, I am also calling this one down considering your flush draw and your impression of the table.

Why don't you 3-bet the flop here, folding the turn if he caps?

Because I suck at limit?

check raising the turn is the worst of both worlds. it stops a bluffer and makes you put more money in when you are behind. i would 3-bet the flop, and take it from there.

I'd pop him back on the flop and then check / call on the turn and river.

Am I wrong thinking the check raise on the turn was not so bad? The raise protects his hand from BB, who might have been holding something marginal that could have beat hero on the river. Or BB could have even been holding Q9 himself. Hero also has a nice redraw to the flush along with his TP.
Villain could be betting and raising on a number of hands, T9, J9, 88. I would check call the river as well.

I don't think the turn c/r is so bad, but calling a river bet after he 3-bets the turn would be.
