RGP sucks. I find more info and structure on 2+2 and for that I am grateful. It is good to know I can come somewhere to dicuss poker without being inundated with shills and idiots.

Thanks Mase and Dave.

I don't read any racial slurs there at least.

For those 2+2ers who dont know Dan's RGP history, here are a few nuggets from this past week. I wont even go into the past posts when he threatened to cut people F%$#'n heads off or threatened other types of violence.

In post responding to Pokerveterans Foxwoods Report Dan wrote: " They sell out every room every weekend so they don't need to do poker rates or deals for the little people like us because the old Jews playing the $5 slot machines are willing to pay $280 to stay there for the weekend."

In response to Joan Hadley he wrote ( I will edit the offending words): What is your f%$#ing problem? I'm not whining, I'm merely telling the people who are whining what the story is. Get your facts straight and drop the condescending tone, you f%$#ing c$#t!"

In response to 2+2s own Fossilman post telling Dan to show some respect, Dan wrote: "How's this for respect, Greggy? Why don't you shove those ugly ass gay fossils of yours directly up your fat ass?"

RGP wont miss these types of posts, and I will bet that 2+2 wont put up with them either.

You're right, these posts really have no place on these forums, and that also includes this one of yours.

I believe that the reason these forums have been so successful is that the discussion stays very focused towards poker/gambling and other worthwhile topics. If Dan or anyone puts up insulting posts, it has the effect of diluting the value of the information which we all like to read.

It seems like every so often the Internet Forum gets a little out of hand. The same could be said of this forum, so let's all stay focused on the discussions and not fire the insults at others.

Hey Randy,

Get over yourself.

Very well said, Mason. I couldn't agree with you more. Self-control and decency are indeed the golden pathways towards more meaningful and constructive poker discussions.

Sredni Vashtar couldn't have said it better himself :)

Tell your friend Sredni that I do not appreciate the mocking treatment he gave Englebert Humperdinck over at the General Theory forum. A four time Grammy nominated musical legend, Englebert was responsible for giving us such timeless classics as "Quando Quando Quando", "Please Release Me", "After the Loving", and "Lesbian Seagull". His voice is the voice of God and I take it as a personal insult that Sredni dared make fun of him. Englebert Humperdinck does not deserve such miserable treatment. Tell your friend Sredni that what Sredni did was blasphemy!!! Shame on him!!! Perhaps he has stopped seeing his therapist to cure him of primitive personality structure.

And, in his spare time he wrote that nifty little opera, Hansel and Gretel.

The truth must come out. My therapist, Dr. John Feeney (yes, the poker guru), explained that by sharing my hidden feelings, I could overcome them. I know this makes me a piteous vomitous blob.

The reason I came down so hard on Mr. Humperdinck is that I felt threatened by him. My true idol is actually Slim Whitman. Mr. Humperdinck's great success and fortune has taken away the lustre of Slim's accomplishments. Mr. Humperdinck has sold nearly twice as many albums as the my true idol Slim. I blame Humperdinck for much of this. Take a look at this:

Now can anyone deny that Slim's sideburns are not quite upto the Humpster's? Don't say so just to patronize me. The pain is just there. I will just have to live with it.

Since I am revealing my inner secrets, I also covertly admire Poker Veteran's peaceful and loving demeanor. Take a look at Poker Veteran's blissful photograph:

Now, of course, the big smile is attributed at least in part, to his big win in a $50 buy in pot limit ohama tournie. But mainly it comes from the love of the children.

Wishes all well, even the altruistic Poker Veteran.

I was forced by JF to use the dreaded first person just this one post.

Now let the recovery begin.

PV's pic above doesnt seem to be turning out, so Sredni has gone to the the casino surveillance cam and got a snap shot. As you can see, Poker Veteren's smile is a winning one.
