you could push but i think most of the time the person who raised will call. i would guess your up against pair K10 KJ KQ, or low flush cards which i would guess is less likely so you are around 50% .. if they have 2 pair you are the favorite. pot is giving you 2-1 which is correct to call..

No its fine. When you look at it, you don't realize that even if the other guy had KK you're still only a 60/40 dog, or if he has a straight, you still got a few outs to a split plus a flush draw.

Live and learn.

Exactly.

To the OP: Look at it this way -- you'll never forget how to play this again.

I have this leak where I pass on +EV situations early because "I can always make up for it when blinds go up". It is bad bleeding chips early on, but overdoing the tight thingy is also bad.

Also, I think this guy wouldn't be able to let go of hands that beat me but a good player may fold (K5 etc). Still I know that nutflush draw+pair should be pushed, so I was kinda surprised right after I folded.

im interested why you didnt raise pre-flop?

However post flop i too would push, i dont know what it is but i swear people go crazy whenever there is a 3 suited flop, there is nearly always loads of action, anyone else notice this?

I don't like playing AQ in raised pots in levels 1-2. I'm fine with limping and has a healthy profit doing so.
