Getting emailed back from support to fix the problem (which was probably my fault in the first place) within an hour on a Sunday. Can you imagine any 'name' company providing this?

Cheers Pat, keep up the great work!

Had my HD go down on me last month...Thought I was gonna hafta re-buy PT...emailed Pat and he said no problem, just re-download PT and send him the registration code and there would be no charge.

This is a quality progam and a quality person behind it...I hope u make a mint Pat. I know its helped my game.

I'm at the point if I recieve viable support for anything I brag about it. I had email from PT in less than 10 min late night activating PT and answering questions.

If some US companies would take a lesson proffits would soar.

I also had a problem with my hand histories from (guess where) AP. Emailed support and he told me he would work on a patch for me. It was emailed to me and intsalled and working perfectly the same day. 2 big thumbs up.

I think this thread title was meant to be either:

I had some nasty viruses on my computer and was going to have to do complete reformat, I e-mailed Pat and he gave me a list of what I needed to burn down to a DVD+R. When I got the computer back up I sent him the new code and 19 minutes later I had a registered copy of PT back, uploaded the files he told me to save, and I did not lose a single hand of history!!! PAT IS AWESOME!!!!

I feel guilty paying only $40 for such a great product and support.
