The guy was playing tight, had seen him show down a set already, hadn't seen him do anything crazy.

Party Poker No-Limit Hold'em, $1 BB (9 handed) converter (http://www.selachian.com/tools/bisonconverter/hhconverter.cgi)

CO ($90)

BB ($98.5)
UTG ($125.01)
UTG+1 ($142.25)
MP1 ($98.5)
MP2 ($133.45)
MP3 ($54)

Preflop: Hero is SB with 2/images/graemlins/diamond.gif, 2/images/graemlins/heart.gif.
UTG calls $1, UTG+1 calls $1, 4 folds, Button calls $1, Hero completes, BB checks.

Flop: ($5) 2/images/graemlins/club.gif, 4/images/graemlins/heart.gif, 8/images/graemlins/club.gif (5 players)
Hero bets $4, BB folds, UTG folds, UTG+1 raises to $12, Button folds, Hero raises to $25, UTG+1 raises to $141.25 (All-In), Hero folds.

Final Pot: $171.25

No obvious two pair, no obvious draws for a tight player, hadn't seen anything nutty from him yet. If you were ever going to fold bottom set this would be the flop to do it, thoughts?

Probably a good laydown, but your flop betting is a bit too small. You're giving him good odds to draw if that's what he wants to do. I don't see a tight predictable player having anything else than a set here, however. Maybe AK-J of clubs, but it would be a pretty horrible line to take with those.

Had you seen him play a SC in EP position before?

Yah, the min reraise was kinda weak, I only did it to see if he would call or reraise (I didn't have him on a draw). Is it wrong to assume he doesn't have a draw, and if so should I have made it about 36, or what?

No I hadn't, only good cards. I hadn't seen anything wild from him really. He didn't bet his set when a flush hit on the river, played his AK reasonable, etc.

honestly, this isn't an awful fold.

but no, if I was going to fold bottom set in an unraised pot, the flops I'd do so would be K 7 2, K 8 2, K 8 3, Q 7 2. all rainbow.

Folding here doesnt make a whole lot of sense to me. Only once out of every 81 times you flop a set will a bigger set flop also. The only time I can see folding a set is if the board flops uniform and you have a lot of players who like sooted cards. Even then you have enough outs for your full to usually check/call small bets.

I guess I just hate throwing away a beautiful hand like this on a crap draw board.

Possibly because a tight player re-reraised all in on a board with small cards? Small cards that go with the pocket pairs tight players limp with? Either he's way ahead here or way behind against this player. I'm thinking the latter.. until Villain proves he's a donk willing to push with a flush or straight draw, or limp with a premium pair.. I'm folding this.
