Does anyone have a Swiss Bank Account? I heard rumours about up to 9% interest rates, true or false? If so, what is the procedure and what are the requirements?

AFAIK people don't get Swiss bank accounts for the interest rate.

I used to work for a bank in Luxembourg, who's banking secrecy laws are (or were) similar to Switzerlands. It was the privacy that most people were attracted to, not a high interest rate. also, the minimum deposit was about $200k.
