What is the probability that I am against AA 3 out of the last 5 times I'm dealt KK?

Probability of any one given player having AA when you hold KK: 6/1225.

Probability of any of the nine others at your table having it: a shade less than 1-(1119/1225)^9 ~ 4.7%.

On a series of 5 trials:
0 times - 78.6%
1 time - 19.4%
2 times - 1.9%
3 times - 0.09%
4 times - 0.002%
5 times - 0.00002%

However, I notice you said "3 out of last 5 times" and *didn't* say "4 out of last 6" which you probably would have had that been the case. There is an argument that the probability you really want is for 2 out of the last 4 (1.2%) since the first occurrence is what made you start paying attention.
