NORTH DAKOTA SENATE DEFEATS WEB POKER BILL
The North Dakota Legislature's dalliance with Internet poker
regulation ended abruptly, when a bill to make it the first
state to license cyberspace poker tables got only three
Senate votes to support it. It squeaked through the House
last month, with 49 votes for and 43 against.

I don't see where it says that. It sounds like a one-state issue, but that's where we are now anyway. I'm much more concerned with regulators trying to shut down the existing sites from doing business in the U.S.
