Better than a bowl of nut flush crunch.

Nice post.

Where can I get that cereal? I've never heard of it before.

They sell it at Trader Joe's. It's actually pretty good, I usually put a little bit of fake brown sugar on it (I'm a dibaetic, so no sugar/high carbs for me) and have a bowl in the morning.

Most likely your local health food store. In the Dallas area I've seen it at Central Market.

Which means it will cost approximately 8x what normal cereal costs. /images/graemlins/grin.gif

It might be more cost effective to just go peel some bark off the tree in your neighbor's yard.

I think it's $1.79/box here, might be $1.99/box. Fairly cheap overall. /images/graemlins/smile.gif

What do you use to serve it? I always go for the scoop.
