This might not seem like that interesting of a hand, but I just wondering if this was an obvious value bet situation?

Yes. I'd bet it again and call a raise. It's hard to see how he's got a K but hasn't found a bet or a raise anywhere. Who knows what he's got, but I bet he'll call another bet.

a K or 8 are the only threats, neither are that likely, he'll call with worse hands than your 3J, though if he raises you are likely toast, still call it
