villian is TPP VPIP: 7, PFR: 2

My question is: when do you give a tight player like this credit for a big hand?

My afterthought was to fold the turn. comments?

3 bet preflop and you'll have a better idea of where you are.

With a VPIP of 7, I imagine he probably has AA-QQ or AK if he's raising UTG. Based on his flop and turn aggression, you're probably beat.

I waited to look until I put UTG on a hand. I was thinking probably AA or KK.

The question is, did you think that you were behind a higher pocket pair. If so did you think that your two J outs were going to help you? It is possible that Villian had AKs based on his VPIP, so you were behind AA,KK,QQ but not AK. However AK also had 6 outs to your two. Based on the read I might have folded the turn, since you had few cards and few outs to make it worth calling.

Not raising preflop is pretty bad mistake. If you would of raised and it's capped back to you by a 2% preflop raiser, now you're only playing it for set value. I might raise the flop just to make sure he's not holding AK, but against this type of player if he only raises 2% of the time, guess what he's raising with.
