on monday there was some discussion about some things I said concerning omaha 8 hands...i have been out of pocket, and wnt to say just a little more...
ONE. in one of the earlier posts I very clearly said that THE hand is a two way hand.
TWO. when you get old like me you are full of old sayings, such as...never say never....there is a time and place for all things ...and those apply to one way hands. you will miss a chance to pick up a few bucks if you fail to play a one way hand late in a family pot.
THREE. about T,9,8,7. a question had been asked about that hand, so I used it to illustrate a point..yes, yes there are far better hands, but it is worth a look in same situation as above
to BUZZ. I liked your white chip, blue chip explanation---good illustration
last but not least, guess I need to rember that old one about the word a s s U m e , and try to spell out when and where.
