What is everyone's definition of "Trolls", "Tools", and "Noobs" as related to calling people these names?

Can we define what determines if someone is one of these.

Examples would be nice.

My definitions:

Trolls are people who aren't as interested in making a point as they are in stirring up reactions via their often outrageous posts

Small example I just saw- TomCollins' post in Books/Software entitled "New Book Idea for Mason"

Tools are people who think that they are better players than they are, but often are the chumps of the table

Noobs I believe is short for "newbies", or new, inexperienced, less knowledgeable players.

How is this trolling? I find Sklansky to be hilarious. I thought it would be a good idea, honest.
