5 left - lots of chooks early and i cruised through after KK doubled me up

blinds at 100/200 i get KK again in the SB - i'm in front with T3000 - UTG pushes a T1800 stack - UTG+1 with T800 folds and the button with T2300 pushes - UTG is ok and the button whilst a tad hyper aggro is also ok from what i've seen

winning this pot is a virtual lock for second and i start a huge favourite for first - lose and i will be battling the short stack for third - hmmm

No freakin way. I'm not going anywhere. Beat the button into the pot.

i wouldn't say it's the easiest call ever. if i thought i was a better player than the rest of the table i might think about laying this down. however, i don't think i've ever laid down KK before and would be mighty hard if I saw it in front of me.

however thinking about this situation you might be able to. how many chips did the BB have? if this is a party sng adding up all the chips i'm counting the BB would only have 100 left and would thus be all in. by staying out of this hand you are also almost giving yourself a virtual lock on second as you'll have T2900, UTG+1 has a measly 800, and either UTG will be out and button will have 4300, or button will have 500 and UTG will have 3800. So after this hand you'll have about 3/4 the chip leader and 4x 3rd place.

i think from the party $50 SNG's up you get T1000 to start so the BB had a bunch of chips left

ok i wasn't sure what level sng it was. that would leave the BB with 2100.

i can't see myself folding this, but it's always nice to try to think things through and realize other alternatives. kinda like being the devil's advocate to myself.

i folded - could be awful but i decided i wasnt going to lose to UTG's crappy A or get caught by the buttons AA

UTG had 77 and the button 1010 and i would of won the pot

good news is that i won anyway
