Default paranoid?

I was lucky enough to have the deck hit me in face. when I go cash out they want me to write my name down (I'm a semi regular at this casino). no forms, just have write my name down. cashier says its for house tracking purposes. really?

anyone else have this happen?

BTW - I love the world series of poker. all the professionals are in vegas

A lot of casinos keep track of any cashouts over $3000 due to counterdeit chips around town.
