Interesting turn card gives me a draw, stack sizes awkward

Late in a Party Freeroll qualifier for the MDG. Villain has been slightly passive, has only shown down one hand that i've seen which was KK in an all in preflop. Villain seems solid. 11 left, top 2 get seats, my stack is ~avg.
