Flopped nuts, first to act. What to do HU...
The other night on the $175 double SO i was down to HU. In the BB with 48 flop 567. My play so I check (should i have led out??) so he checks behind me. 2 hands later I get crap so I check and he bets out!! Next deal I have AQ and flop KJ10 so I check, and he checks behind me!! Almost like he could see what i Had .. Do you usually make a probe bet when flopping nuts to make it seem like you're stealing?

Re: Flopped nuts, first to act. What to do HU...
You have to lead. If an 8 or 4 falls, you cannot be sure of your hand anymore.
Second hand, you have to lead. I'm assuming your raised, if he's calling your raises with trash that that flop didn't hit, then fine, you will take down what he called the raise for. But you have to lead on the turn if you attempt to try with position HU on the flop and it doesn't work. |

I'm a nitpicker so I figurred I'd let you know, you don't have the nuts. Thus, you definitely have to lead on the flop.
Good luck, Matt |
