The right mix to make profit!

I make my regular income off of stts mainly 20s on Empire. Lately for some reason i have been playing less stts and more multis i think this is because 2 weeks ago i won one on Stars and won 4000 dollars in one hit. But all these multis are now starting to eat my regular profit from stts. how do u guys mix up your bread and butter income with trying to hit a big pay off with multis etc?

I think you play MTTs for the wrong reasons. You should play them to make longterm profit. Sometimes you win alot, sometimes you go a long time without winning.

In other words you don't play for that one big win, but for the EV in every one of them.
