PT and moving limits

I play .5/1 at Party as of now, but both my bankroll and I are feeling up to the 1/2 as soon as I get some more hands under our belts. The question is how should I manage my PT database? Should I keep the hands from the lower limits or should I start a new fresh database with 0 players in it and 0 hands for me? How do the professionals out there manage PT when changing limits?
