Default Wireless Trackballs

Two things:

I want a wireless trackball mouse. What is a good relatively inexpensive one, and a good nice one? I'll pay for a nice one but I'll probably get a cheap one to start to try out and have as a backup. This will all be USB, right?

And will using a trackball help or hurt my ergonomics? I don't have any problems but I play a lot and want to keep on the right side of things.

Good rule of thumb is Microsoft for traditional mice, Logitech for trackballs, I tend to use buy.com but I do a lot of shopping for work so I'm not price sensitive down to the pennies. Do yourself a favor and get an optical trackball. It doesn't save you from cleaning it but it won't be nearly as bad. No matter what make sure you lay in a big supply of batteries, wireless accessories chew through batteries like you wouldn't believe.

Trackball will definitely help with ergonomics, a lot.
