Default How often do 10pt favorites lose

In college and/or pro football, what percentage of the time will a team that is exactly a 10 point favorite lose?

According to the book Sharp Sports Betting by Stanford Wong, 10 pt favorites are 69-19 straight up over the last 16 years.

Assuming that a line of 10 points means the betting public believes one team is very likely to win.. I would asume an 80/20 observation would crop up.
