Default Jlo/Marc Anthony Divorce

J-Lo & Marc Anthony Divorced By 12/31/05

163 Divorced By 12/31/05 YES +120
164 Divorced By 12/31/05 NO -150

Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony's marriage is reportedly on the rocks.

The couple, who married in a surprise ceremony last June, are said to be arguing over Marc's controlling behaviour, according to America's In Touch magazine.

Sources claim that Marc is jealous of J.Lo's ex-fiancé, Ben Affleck, and has made her sell the Miami and Los Angeles homes they used to share.

He has also allegedly banned her from wearing skimpy outfits and has told the broody singer that he doesn't want children, as he already has two sons from his first marriage to Dayanara Torres.
One told the magazine: "They've been arguing, but recently things seem to be getting worse. The main problem is J.Lo wants children and Marc doesn't want any more. But J.Lo's worked flat out to get where she is and wants a child.

The No is a strong bet. Especially if you get an annulment does not count as a divorce.

Also, it takes a while to actually get all the paperwork filed.

I think in this case as soon as they "announce" the divorce, it counts as a divorce. No technicalities such as paper work I believe.

Yeah...you definitely need to read the fine-print to determine what counts as a divorce.

If they just 'announce' they are splitting-up who knows if that will count...because they can seperate, and tehn a month later get back together, and then a month later she hooks up with Affleck, and then a month later Anthony takes her back.
I suspect it has to be a true DIVORCE...final, finito, end of story, for them to pay-up.

With that said, I suspect there is a pretty good chance on the "yes". But I couldn't bet this...I'm a romantic and rooting for such lovely people to break-up would just feel so sad.

My GF is latina and absolutely HATES J-Lo.
I wonder if something like this will give her reason to place her very first gambling wager.
She could root for J-Lo to break-up with Marc (or vice-versa) for the rest of the year.
I can actually see her enjoying that.
