Ya, you can be 99.9% sure there's no Q out there after the turn. After you check, BB would certainly bet hoping you'd raise, setting up a great trap on his part. The last 2 players wouldn't let their boats check thru. You have a little 1-card rowboat, but it's still a boat and noone else has one. Easy river bet, that turn action says it all.
