Default LAG?

Hey guys, been playing home poker for awhile, but I'm new to online and this website. I've got a simple question, I see people referring to players as LAG. I'm sure it stands for something but I can't figure it out on my own... a little help?

LAG=Loose AGressive-- referring to a playing style or the player who tosses chips away in this particular manner.

See this thread for other abbreviations.
