I like the Chesterfield chips better than the KGB's. Much nicer logo. Are they also Roman mold? Doesn't look like it from the pics.

Was the Chesterfield a real club?

I like the Chesterfields better too. They have no mold markings at all. I don't think the Chesterfield was a real club.

Without sounding ignorant, explain to me what scalloped inlays are?

Post a pic if possible. I'm sure I've seen it, but didn't know the jargon. Sounds cool.

This is an example of a scalloped inlay:

There are quite a few different inlay edge shapes possible.

Thanks for that Ray.

Looks pretty cool. Although Something quite different that the "KGB" chips (not that these are exact to begin with.)
Personally, I think that the fancier inlay would go better with a fancier chip. Although an added bonus, I am not buying these because they were featured on "Rounders". I am buying them because I really like the classic, timeless look of these, with simple edgespots, and a simple design, and simple denoms, and no gaudy "Prettey Toney's Casino" written all over it with gaudy graphics and colors.

Now there is a time and a place for all that flair, and I am growing on the classic "club" look that these have.

With that said, I am not convinced that the scalloped inlays belong on this chip. What are other peoples thoughts?

The first inlay is a "geared" inlay. The scalloped inlay is more like the second Isthmus chip.

I talked to dennis and it looks like the scalloped will not be an option.

The reason for the hike in price is because I will not be ordering as large of an order I had originally had planned.
I want to test out the waters first before I make a bigger purchase. The prices does NOT include shipping.

Everything will be finalized with Dennis on Friday. Final mockups will be posted soon, should be almost identical to whats posted on here. Except the $1000 denomination may be more of a mustard color with purple and gray double edge spotting.

So everyone who wants a set, please RESEND me your orders.

Phillip.lin@adelphia.net

Paypal money requests will be in your mail within a week and please allow 4 weeks for delivery.

So can someone summarize this whole deal?

.95/chip + cshipping? Only a month to get the chips? Or is that how long it will take them once they are shipped? I would do this if it only took one month, that is alot better than the 4 month BS

So Dennis does not do scalloped inlays? Or would it just be too expensive? How much if so?
